I love how the adult teacher training program was designed to be like a Montessori program in itself. For instance, the lessons were designed to be in manageable chunks to help you gain confidence with each step. There was repetition, mastery, and then new material introduced, just like the approach you would be using in the Montessori classroom. The design of the program (distance learning) was also Montessori-like, in that it was flexible, it suited my learning style, and had clear expectations. I found that I could easily fit this program into my schedule, adapt as needed when “life came up,” but still achieve the same goal at the end.

The additional resources, such as the blacklines and videos, were invaluable. So worth the money. I was able to put the blacklines and instruction received from the videos to immediate use. The videos were particularly helpful when I got to the Math manual. Reading all the fine details of how to explain simple and complex mathematical concepts can be difficult to wade through, but, the videos were so engaging and helped you immediately “get it.”
