NAMC’s Montessori 3–6 Classroom Guide has helped me immensely, from setting up my classroom to building my routine and schedule. I have shared some of the resources with my assistant teacher and used many of the strategies the first week of school. The background knowledge of child development and Montessori history was extremely helpful for my first parent night as I gave a presentation on what Montessori is and what parents should expect to see throughout the year. I felt confident in my presentation even though it is my first year and I am learning along with the parents. I see this guide continuing to benefit my teaching.”
