NAMC’s Montessori Diploma Program helped me develop a high degree of self-confidence and enthusiasm for guiding, preparing, organizing, teaching, and learning. The program has helped me “learn how to learn” and showed me in detail how I can, in turn, help a young child to “learn how to learn.” A big thank you to the great tutors, staff, and administration — all of you are awesome at being on top of things and making it possible for me to graduate with such high marks. I have no words to describe what it means to me. With my Montessori diploma, ECE, CYC (Child and Youth Care Education), and music education, I feel like I could now go for my Master or PhD of Education. Wow! I never imagined that I would be able to achieve my educational goals as a mature student. It was the greatest pleasure to study this wonderful program. Thank you!

I am very pleased about the 3-6 program I have completed - it is very thorough and truly amazing. I have learned a lot about teaching using the Montessori Method and feel that every program should implement Montessori! The program tutors are exceptionally helpful when needed and are always there quickly to answer any questions. The program format and resources were very easy to follow and cover a lot of information regarding the Montessori Method of teaching. Not only does NAMC have great manuals to follow but also has online videos on how to implement the practices. If anyone is considering taking this program, I highly recommend it!

The staff at NAMC was always courteous, professional, and quick to respond to any questions/concerns that arose during my training. The cost of the program and materials was extremely reasonable. The training manuals reflected the beauty, organization, and expertise one would expect from a Montessori program. All three assignment segments were thought provoking, covered the material and concepts introduced in the manuals thoroughly, and a pleasure to complete. Overall, my experience with the program was outstanding. Thank you NAMC for providing a high quality, challenging, on-line learning opportunity for a future Montessori teacher.

I just loved the entire Montessori 3–6 program. I am especially impressed with NAMC’s Language Arts program. All of the manuals and the classroom guide are enriched with useful information that I cannot wait to implement in my classroom. The training videos are also beneficial. I would surely recommend this program to everyone. The responses I got from my tutor were excellent, helpful and professional. It was a great experience, and I am just proud to say that I am a part of NAMC.

I found NAMC’s program to be a great asset in my desire to improve my professionalism and teaching skills. I’ve learned a lot from the program. Although I was familiar with the Montessori method before beginning this program, as I learned more, I realized that many things that I heard were just stereotypes that people portrayed. I found the manuals to be easy reading, enjoyable, and very informative. I’ve read most of the manuals more than once and I enjoy reading them in my spare time; especially the math, language, and science ones. I really hope to incorporate as much as I can in my Pre-K classroom next year.

I found the professionalism at NAMC to be outstanding. Anyone I spoke to prior to enrolling was polite, pleasant, and very helpful. The assignment feedback that I received from my tutor encouraged me further and made me really want to incorporate as many aspects of the Montessori Method as I can in my classroom. I have bought many materials for use in my classroom, even though my school is not a Montessori school at all. I appreciated getting a call and it was nice to receive feedback on a personal level, not just a grade. I was also impressed with how fast I got a response!

The online videos have been very helpful. This resource is one of the reasons that I can confidently say that even though this is a distance program, you still feel as if you are in the classroom being taught how to use all the materials.

Overall, I really think I gained a lot from this program and I am proud to add it to my resume. I thank NAMC for offering such a unique opportunity.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the program. I have been a teacher in South America for over 20 years, but I’ve never had the opportunity to participate in such a comprehensive program. I especially like the Phonics and the Mathematics. NAMC’s material is excellent. The staff were always professional and supportive. I would have no hesitation in recommending NAMC’s programs to anyone. Thank you so very much!

The program assignment questions related well with the comprehensive manuals. Some questions engaged reflective thought based on how I would implement my teaching skills, and I personally felt that helped create a vision toward self-preparation. The demonstration videos were key in integrating the Montessori presentations and were extremely helpful!

The program opened my eyes to many different approaches a teacher can use to grasp a student’s enthusiasm for learning while teaching interdependence. Being in the traditional program of education, this course has been a great asset to me. Overall, this is one of the best experiences I have had in my life. I wish that all teachers going through general education training could receive some background information on the Montessori method. It is a method that is truly unique and can provide some wealth and knowledge for the children. This program provided me with an enriched experience that I will always carry with me throughout my teaching career.

I did not realize how involved NAMC staff would be when I started the program. It was a pleasant surprise to have NAMC so involved and it helped build confidence in my answers and understanding of the Montessori method. I love the manuals! They will be such wonderful resources to have. I am also pleased to have the on-line membership available for one year. I appreciated the option to pay my fees in installments and having the materials always arrive on time. Thank you, and I wish NAMC continued success with their programs.

While I was working on my assignments, I was so happy, and that is why I finished them quickly. I like the “don’t say” and “do say” table very much as it helped me to understand what to say and what not to say to my children. I am very happy with the Montessori way of letting the children depend on themselves and to self-correct themselves. I believe the information in this program will help a lot of parents to be better parents without leaving their work or life.

This program is fantastic! I have wanted to go back to school for some time, but could not find a program that was as flexible as NAMC. I work full-time, and nanny after school, so it is hard (and stressful) for me to be able to attend night and weekend classes. This program allows me to do the work at home and work at my own pace to complete assignments, which is so much more conducive to my schedule.

The information I am finding in the manuals is very helpful and easy to follow. I am excited to implement the new materials in my classroom. The ideas are thought provoking. I find that when I am done reading about an activity, my mind is racing to figure out what else I can do with that activity to make it different or add on to it.

The support I am getting from my tutor is wonderful; I just received a call from her the other day checking to make sure everything was alright. The feedback from my tutor on my assignments is helpful, and she makes me feel like she really cares about each student and the student’s success even after they have completed the program. Overall, this has been a really great experience, and I am looking forward to becoming a Montessori teacher!

I have enjoyed this program so much! You all have been so supportive and I have appreciated all the feedback, and kind understanding words. I cannot wait to keep continuing my education with you. The additional resources on CD that had all the worksheets on it, has helped me so much; the children are enjoying every part of it. I have never had a college or teacher so interested in my education and needs.

Words can’t express how thankful I am for your program! My journey in becoming a Montessorian though your program has been nothing but an exciting and encouraging experience. Studying the Guides and presentations from your curriculum materials provided me with the confidence to advocate more than ever for our children to enrich their learning and help them to reach their full potential. I fell in love and learned to appreciate the Montessori curriculum so much, as I find it to be very individualized to meet each unique interest and needs of the child. I would like to thank my tutor for all the support and feedback during my journey of becoming a Montessorian. I am so proud to say that I am part of NAMC.

I completed my course and received my NAMC Preschool/Kindergarten diploma. I learned so much and feel it was true value for money. Having the Preschool/Kindergarten DVDs on hand is so helpful when I want to review a presentation — I definitely recommend them!

Within one month of receiving my diploma, I was offered an assistant teaching position at a Montessori school, and now four months later, I have been promoted to Directress. I am very excited. NAMC definitely prepared me for success.

I felt the Preschool/Kindergarten program and course material provided was very educational and informative. I have worked in a Montessori school for over a decade, and now, I finally feel that I have a better understanding of the methodology, and how to properly present the Montessori materials to a child. I am very pleased with the program and would recommend it to anyone interested in Montessori. I find NAMC’s manuals a great help and reference prior to doing a presentation.
