Can you see and hear the sample lessons? If you can, then you
should be able to see and hear the lessons.
If not... Is the volume on your computer turned on? (If you can never hear anything,
then your computer likely does not have a sound card installed.) |

Make sure you have the latest version
of Flash Player installed. You must have at least
Flash version 8 to view these videos. You can download
the current version of Flash here. |

For Dial-up Users (56K modems):
- You may wish to choose a location (school,
library, internet café) where you can
regularly access a computer with high-speed
internet to spend the time to view the NAMC
videos. There are over 5 hours of Preschool/Kindergarten
videos and over 3.5 hours of Lower Elementary
videos. Keep in mind that you may want to review
them more than once throughout your one-year
time period.

- You have up to three IP addresses (e.g., three
separate computers) from which you can access
the NAMC video presentations.

- You may wish to purchase our DVDs so that
you have a permanent copy of the videos for
future reference. These are available to NAMC
students at a very reasonable price!
